b16 head swap?

i have a friend with a 91 teg w a b16 non vtec and hes wantin to know what all he needs to do a vtec head swap. i really dont no what all he needs so any input is welcome.

Theres no such thing as a non-VTEC B16. Now if he has a B18A1 and hes wanting to do a VTEC head swap, its called LSVTEC. Search for it. Theres plenty of write-ups on what you need and how to do it on here, Honda-Tech, and Google.
