use the compression calc and you can find out exactly how much CR you will run with them. You can also try diffrent combonations to get your goals

Depends on what motor your putting them in. In a b16, they are a few points higher than the usdm pistons (pr3). But if you were to put them in a b18 a/b, with a b16 head, the compression goes up a lot.
