Mabey im just retarded idk.
Its pretty much the same thing. Its not rocket science.
just because you use the info on HMT doesn't mean you can't buy quality parts. The principles and whatnot are the same whether you buy a brand new Garrett or slap a 14b from the junkyard on there. Set your power goal and do some research to figure out what you need to accomplish it. Then, start buying the parts YOU want to go on YOUR car.
Personally, I'm using the Blox Cast manifold (for now, found New on Ebay), .63/.60 Garrett (used from HT), 8inch FMIC (bought new), New RC 750cc injectors, New Walbro 255lph HP, fabbing my own charge pipes with Vibrant pipes/clamps/couplers, 'buddy-built' downpipe and WG dump, New Synchronic WG & BOV, and tuning with a chipped P28on Crome.
my last setup was all used except for the injectors and fuel pump. 14b, CRX mani/BMC adapter, JRC FMIC, built everything else for my SOHC-t CX hatch.
