B16 siezed

so i have a b16a and it seems to have siezed up for some odd reason

its unsiezed now with a little atf and a breaker bar

so i broke it down like this
started with the oil pump seems to be fine
i took the head off
and the oil passages seem to be not blocked

what could be the possible reason for the sieze?
ive thought bout just throwning it back together and saying goodday
but i mean im afraid its gonna seize again.

What exactly did you do to test the oil pump?

Did you CHECK your oil? Typically, low oil level makes Honda engines lock up.....

take off your pan and check your pick up tube

pick up is clean as a whistle

i took the oil pump apart and made sure the passages werent blocked

the motor was 1quart low at the time of siezure
