Mod suggestions for lude

Alright well I decided I would keep my money and stop wasting it on crap and things that I dont need for the car.I was thinking off turbo'n the h23 I have in the car now or saving the money and swapping a h22 in there.Not really for sure what I wanna do or whats better so anyone thoughts or suggestions would be great.If I decide to do turbo ill start ordering stuff tomorrow but dont know how fast itll all come together.The h22 I would have to save for a little to buy a full swap at one time.

Stock h23 with minor mods and then turbo

or

H22 with bolt ons.

The turbo build would be small so like
-Maybe an greddy 18g or .50 garret
-Small Black Mishimoto Intercooler
-Tial Wastegate
-Tial or Greddy rs Bov
-Manifold Im not sure what yet
-Have some piping made by a good local shop

Yes I know there is alot more I need but I dont wanna list them but there is general idea?I could order a few parts right off the start I have cash on me.

Uh I have my own opinion get outa here with your bs Its called I might as well get others for suggestions and overall whats better for the price.Kind of like I was going to do the h23h22 hybrid until I realised you need like 25 parts.

Lol yeah I plan on removing the spoiler for an oem one but my parents are bitching because they think it looks really good for being an aftermarket spoiler.Sucks though because Ill have to have all the wholes filled in and fixed or w\e.
