rsr exmag is discounted and your half to find it used, Its a very popluar exhaust! but i would suggest that or Ws2 like stated before, you still even than includeing header and such, your looking more than $500+ for exhaust, unless he buys used. and you stated on previous thread he'd rather buy new parts.. and i doubt w/ a budjet you have in mind, he will do it on "new" parts!
If i was you , I would buy a ws2 axel back, than a "used" greddy header(cuz i dont like dc) than goto muffler shop and get custom tubeing or just keep your tubeing and install the axel back and header...
Also keep in mind when hearing sound clips, it will sound muffled, and will sound 10X better in person. sounds clips dont do justic..
Just something to think about... and you should of posted this in your lude thread!

ok well i meant 400-500 on catback ill spend more on header and stuff.Im going for rsr matter what if it works with h23s
