Borg Warner turbo

Hey I got a guy on honda-tech that is a great seller and has sold tons of stuff with no complaints so i was gonna buy from him maybe.He has a Borg warner 60 trim turbo that is similiar to the t3-/t4 style same bolt up.He wants 275 shipped for the turbo and manifold.He said it would be a great setup for a b series and thats is what the manifold is for.It looks like its really good condition and no damage to it or shaft play.

Good deal or bad deal and should i use a borg warner turbo with a b series.
