question about running rich

ok so my car is running very rich for some reason. i just filled and checked my mpg and it was 23. lately ive noticed if i get on it i can smell gas. it has always run rich but it never smelled like straight gas like that. ive also noticed it will bog down on me when im just barely on the gas and as soon as floor the gas it will jump a little and be fine. can running rich make it bog like that? im thinking maybe i have an injector stuck open or something cuz it has never run this rich. i need a new o2 but i have for a while and its never been running this rich. im getting a new o2 asap but i need to look at the injectors. how can i tell if one is stuck open?
