GSR cams into a B16A? Worth it?

If you can pick them up cheap, it doesn't hurt. Doesn't really do much of anything.

They can be worth a lot depending on what b16 cams you have.

from what i've read in several different places they are a nice modest OEM upgrade for boosted applications (like civicex442 posted). but if you look up the cams' specs, they really only have a tad more duration than say the b16a2 cams. Again, as posted above, if you have one of the auto b16's then they would be a nice upgrade.
