b16a valve choice

Post by honda_kid2 »

hi , im currently building a ls/vtec , i have the bottem end complete already, it consists of a b18a block, with b18c type r pistons , they say about 11:1 compression . im still searching for a bare head or a cheap head, and cant seem to find one , but my question is - what kind of valves should i run ,, i was leaning towards a flat ferrea race valve. . but what advantage do i get when i switch to a flat valve??

my plan for the head is to port & polish, dualvalve springs, titanium retainers, and like i said above. i need help pickin a valve ,??

that would be a good choice..or supertech valves..

a flat valve ups your compression ratio unlike a dished valve.

I agree with the supertech valves they are great for power applications
