Hey everyone,
So last april I swapped in a B16A (OBD1) into my 99 CX.
I transferred my plates to IL because my parents moved and the title is still im my dad's name. My IL plates expire this August and I'd like to get the title transferred to me and get my car registered at my own place.
But it will not pass emmisions since it's OBD1, so I'd like to know what I have to do to convert my car back to OBD2.
I'm running a wiring harness out of 99/00 EX with a boomslang conversion harness for my P28.
I realize I'd have to get a OBD2 ECU and a second O2 sensor.
I'd like to know what else I would need.
