lost 100 miles 2 the tank
So i use to get 400 miles to the tank on a 94 civic coupe, but now i get about 300 going down to the end, I changed the fuel filter, and cleaned out the pcv valve, and it had a recent tune up as well, what should i check next? One other thing i've been thinking is timing might be off, but the car doesn't have any cel and doesn't run bad, so any suggestions????

its the cold weather, everytime you start your car its dumping in hella fuel until it warms up to operating temperature, aka choke mode. i bet once spring comes around your good gas mileage will to.
in the summer my truck gets about 18mpg, during the winter i get around 13mpg.
also make sure your tires arent underinflated, the cold air will make them drop a few psi.

are you letting it warm up a bit before you drive anywhere after letting it sit over night? that will usually do it

You don't know what you're talking about. You're not very smart, and the things you're saying are nonsense. And I'm not angry. But you do need to shut up.

hate to say it but replacing the fuel filter will cut a little mileage from you.... more gas in the engine=less in the tank

ya i let it warm up, it takes forever to warm up as well, the one thing i havn't changed is the distributor, but ya that seems right about winter time, cause it did start when the cold weather hit.

not always, sometimes they just get slow or lazy and not work right but still work enough not to through a code.
