I did read and mike was right with the turbo option.

When done right the turbo or bottle is going to net you the most HP reliably. Nitrous isnt the dangerous demon that everyone makes it out to be.

your in illinois? (no emissions ftw) tell him not to be a pussy. he could get an entire turbo kit off ebay for less than he paid for the cams/or clutch he would need with the power he wants.

my brother was in the same boat as your boy about a year ago, now he's got $4000 in an engine with no car to put it in
