Engine ID Code Location

I just wanted to know if anyone could tell me where on the engine unique code is. I know where the enigne code like "b18" is but I want to know if there is a code that makes each motor unique. I just want to make sure that the motor I have delivered to the shop actually is the one that ends up in my car. The engine will be JDM if that makes a difference on the location.

where you see the b18, well right under that should be another serial number from what i remember, just wipe off a little lover than the b18, it should be on that same plate that sticks out.

yeah... the serial number is right below the engine code
