A buddy of mine owns a 1998 Honda Prelude and has come to the conclusion that rings are going/gone bad.
Does anyone have any ideas of the cost to have these replaced?
Thanks.

Cheaper to buy a lower mileage engine, have it installed and sell your old one.
Your looking at approx 10-15 hours of labor. And around $400-$500 in parts. Depending on what is in need of replacement.
