quick question

will the starter from my d16 work on the b18b when i swap it in or will i have to get a new one? also does anyone know if i can use my NGK plug wires for my d16 in the b18?

You cannot swap the plug wires.

starters are different
plug wires... well, I used my d16a6 plug wires on my b16a for a while :dunno:

The D16A6 uses different plug wires then the D16Z6/Y5/Y7/Y8 that I think he has.

thats cool, I was just sayin... I mean, if he has both motors in the same place, he can swap the wires and see if they fit... that would be the quickest and easiest way to find out. better than all of us arguing and wondering about it online.

well i wasnt worried about fitting i was just wondering if it would hurt if they did fit

I got a b-series starter for sale, sale is pending on it though but he hasn't gotten back to me on it.

I have ngk blues from a z6/y8 on my b18b. They will fit fine, the only thing is that they will not seal solid at the top....which isn't an issue really.

LS stems are a tad shorter than the sohc.
