Reverse light issue

Hey, I have a small issue with my lights. The bulbs are new and the switch is good on the tranny, but the lights won't work if I have other lights on. The lights work fine all day, until I turn on parking lights or driving lights. Not to sure where to go with this, any help is much appreciated.

Maybe a fuse

I looked at almost every fuse I could think of being connected to it, and grounds are good. I don't know where to go now.
