i think he has a head with full valve train, so if he is re using the head or the valvetrain then almost any cam will work. but if your using a stock valvetrain then you will be limited by what cam you can run

god i hope he has some sort of valvetrain
please dont ban me

but if he is using after market valve train like i think chris meant to say he should of just upgraded everything all at once, too much of a hassle in my opinon to go to that trouble and not replace the cams.

some of the more aggressive cams require some tuning so keep that in mind also.

your going to want to have it tuned after any cam change......

i wouldnt worry about cams until your motor is built sense you still dont know what your overall compression is going to be to begin with' nor do we know how serious of a build your going into'.....too many unknown factors....build it, then choose cams based on your build

if your keeping the head stock than skunk2 stage 1's would be ok', there not too far off from the itr cams

personally if your simply wanting to upgrade the valvetrain and then some cams for the time being id search on h-t for cam's and there are tons and tons of dynos and comparisons between different cams and different set-ups'
