Ok I'll check out Y8s if I can find any. And I am doing research right now, that's what this is part of. Asking questions and getting information. Like I said, I have no job, so I cannot mod my car anyways. And I am not so stupid as to mod my car blindly, I do check out the parts that I buy, I don't want my car to take a shit on me. I want to do it right. Hence, why I am asking folks on stlHONDAS.com, because I will get a lot of needed information here.

Hmm, ok, I guess I didn't know completely what I was doing, obviously, or I woulda known that because of the ECU my 0-60 wouldn't improve. But before I do any serious mods (getting new motor, turbo, etc.) I am trying to figure out everything because I don't want to screw anything up and I want the maximum performance that I can get without harming my motor to the point if incapacibility, as I need that car to get to anywhere I need to go. It's not a garaged car, it is used almost daily, and I cannot afford for anything to go severely wrong with it anytime soon.

EDIT: But at least I know that a cold air intake is not going to give me great amounts of hp, like one of my friends think..He called me up one day and I told him I have a Civic and he was like ahhh you can get away from the cops like nothing in that.. -_- .. And I said something about a cold air intake and he said man if you put one on that you'll be flyin! >.< I was very surprised at these comments. No, I definately do not know near everthing about engines, but I do know more than a lot of people around here. You'd be surprised at the things some people say about cars and such.

Lol, yes indeed. If it weren't for you people I wouldn't know what to do. I wouldn't have anybody to ask questions, and later down the road when I have some money, I'd prolly blow myself up with NOS or something. F*ck that.

Lol, for the record I'm not that stupid. IF I ever decide to use that, it will be very carefully planned out. But I doubt that I will.

b series cost of things sound like they are skyrocketing.........

IF setups (d/b/h/etc.) are turbo setups.....the only extra cost is going to be the swap itself. Go buy an ls motor swap...last one I bought was $800 for the car (body damage). Sure you are not going to find insane deals everywhere....but damn you guys make it sound like only doctors and engineers can afford b series.

B > D 90% of the time......and I must be a millionaire.
