Need brake help!

Hey, just did all new calipers, rotors and pads. Ran into a problem though. On all four I have a metal on metal sound when I spin the tires. I have triple checked installation, double checked if the shims are rubbing, and also double checked with auto parts stores on pads. I'm at a loss and need this fixed soon, of anyone has something lmk.

check the heat shields, they tend to get over looked, thats all i can think of off the top of my head. try jacking the car up and spinning each wheel indavidually. that might help narrow it down.

You can put your ears right next to the wheel as you do it by hand, and narrow it down.

It's on jack stands, and all four are doing it. And on the front there are no heat shields, both have new bearings.
