i do have a intercooler i got from rob, and its perfect for the current setup i have but i have decided to just get a bigger one and have the piping made once .

looks like a good start make sure you dont skimp on the bearings, line hone, deck the block mill the head id say block posts but since your going with a stock bore it wouldnt be a good idea since you would have to have to have the cylinders bored and honed afterwards (if you do it the right way) you could always fill the block with some devcon, i dont know you probably have everything worked out, good luck man...
