13 BARO - atmospheric pressure sensor
and i believe that is built into the ecu. so you will probably need a new ecu.
what it does is basically adjust the maps accordingly to your elevation...such as if you lived in colorado vs missouri. honda had to make one ecu work in all regions and conditions.
