seat rail question

i bought racing seats, but with no rails, my stock rails i cant figure out how to remove, so what yrs of civic, accord, integras, can i use im just gonna order a set off ebay, of course these are for my 90 da9 integra

Ur stock rails will come off...other wise I think rails from the 90-93's are the same as the 92-?? civics.

how do they come off? i have those damn electric seat belt shit on it

2 bolts on the side w/ the seat belt clasp...2 on the bottom of that rail. 3 on the outside of the opposite side...and two underneath. I think that's it...i just put the rails back on a set of 90 teg seats in my basement this weekend but I may have forgotten something.

all i saw was pins, but il look further into it, can i use my stock rails on a set of racing seats?

I've got no idea. I'm sure you could if you've got a welder...but I honestly don't know.
