Red Civic hatch outside Q in st. chuck last night

LIke it says, Was walking outta Q last night and saw a red civic hatch missing a front bumper and was slammed on a combo of black 16s and some stock teg wheels i believe. had an STLhondas sticker on the rear window along with a couple of stickers (including a wrench) on the front window?
