89 SI civic hatchback
Yesterday around 345 pm on hwy 40/61 going west towards wentzville. It was a teal SI looked to be between 88-89. It was lowered and had a fart can on it with some bronze wheels couldn't tell what brand they were. Overall car didn't look bad.

yeah i wasnt anywhere near 40, and if i was i would have been in the sentra lol and I dont have a fart can, i dont think...
