Red is300

Saw a red is300 with yellow fogs pulled over on Hwy 40, east bound at the Winghaven exit, Monday around 5:30. I was going west bound and saw the cop as he turned to walk back to his car and he didn't look happy. Anyone on here?

That's who I thought it might be. Glad it wasn't anything to serious though. Like I said, when the cop turned away from his window, he looked pissed, lol.

damn state boys with nothing better to do... my windows where tinted with 37% tint but it read 26% BS! $89 later its takin care of...

damn, that sucks. sounds like they need to recalibrate their machine though if it was that far off.

I had it checked by a different cop a few days later, read 28%. there close to the same, so my only guess is that there is a few percent of factory tint in the glass or something... still total BS!

yes you are correct...factory glass has a 2-4% tint (protective uv ray) and when 35% is laid on, it reads 31% or less....its ashame honestly..i have recieved 11 tint tickets thru out my cars..
