My head lights have a long delay before they will turn on.
Heres what happends:
I turn my crx on and turn my headlights on....only the corner lights turn on.
It could be anywhere from 2 minutes-15 minutes before they will turn on.
Also, while im waiting for them to turn on if i pull back on the switch to make my bright lights come on my bright lights will shine if i hold it back...or if i wait a little and make it so wear my bright lights will come on the they will come on before my regular lights will.
any ideas?

Also, when they turn on they both turn on at the same times.
they appear to be at normal brightness.

Thats friggin odd...
what happens if you turn them on without the car running? Also have you tried tapping(beating) the steering column or the headlight relay?

Thats a weird issue, that I've never heard of before, so I went to google.
I saw one instance - http://crxcommunity.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=20292 - and the guy fixed it by cleaning the contacts in the switch.

To get ot the switch you need to remove the steering wheel and the steeering column cover. Its not hard at all.

I'm working on this right now. And I can't take the steerin wheel off ecause previous owner stripped out one of the bolts. But it's aftermarket so I have room to work.
I took off the cover and I've unscrewed all of the screws but I cannot get this switch to come out. It's feels as though it's stuck.

it should be one large nut in the center for the steering wheel after you pop off the big H. The switch wont come off without the steering wheel off.
