91 heater core question

So I am finally getting around to changing my heater core since before we know it we will need heat :violent4:

My question is do you have to take the dash out?

or is there an easier way?

if you can not get to it though the glove box then yea i would remove it

No easier way. Dash must come out.

I have doen it without removing the dash, but it took 3-4 swivels and alot of creative maneuvering. It would ALOT easier to remove the dash
