Whatever you do, dont use that shop. I am one of 3 people I personally know that have had issues with wheels falling off or almost falling off due to them forgetting to tighten the lug nuts all the way down.
If it was 3 people in the whole of the STL area I would say shit happens, but 3 people I personally know makes me wonder what the percentage of this happening is.
If you did get work done there check your nuts.

You'll have that problem with even the best of shops. Sleepy Civic DX and civicex442 are both good guys and have done quite a bit of tire work for both myself and the other GMR guys at Dobbs.btlfed7;220251 wrote:Whatever you do, dont use that shop. true. i was working at the qt couple summers ago, and a lady in a jeep lost her front wheel. happened at manchester and old state. i grabbed the tire before it hit anything in our lot. took it back up to her. she said see just picked up her car from morre nissan and jeep off manchester and clarkson.JustRob;220318 wrote:You'll have that problem with even the best of shops.

I understand that it happens, no shop is perfect, but when it was me and 2 other people I know in the same year, it just makes me wonder how often this happens at this specific one. If it was just 1 person I would more take it with a grain of salt and a "shit happens" attitude.JustRob;220318 wrote:You'll have that problem with even the best of shops.
