Red Civic Si

Played with a Red civic Si with wheels looked lowered i saw lower control arms and an exhaust on 70 on my way back home I was in my black EK hatch..... Is this anyone on here?

I saw a 99-00 civic si at walmart in st. peters, lowered with gunmetal motegi rims, exhaust, tint, and some kinda tape or something on the front bumper. wonder if it was the same car.
