Black EP3 Civic Si with Yellow Headlights

Last night I saw a Black Ep3 Si with tint and some really yellow headlights. Maybe they were Nokya bulbs. Anyways, it was on Shrewsbury at Big Bend.

The bulbs looked really nice, almost like something out of LeMans. Does anyone know if those are illegal?

The owner works down at 11th and Washington at B+T Pizza. Nice car.

Yes, headlights have to be white.

Yes, but how often do cops give people shit for that? Not often. My buddy runs 3000k HIDs (yellow) and has never gotten any trouble with it. Another runs 12000k (very blueish)
