greyish 4-door Integra on Northbound I-270

Saw a greyish 4-door Integra on Northbound I-270 on Thursday afternoon (5-ish or so). Had aftermarket wheels, seemed slightly lowered, exhaust appeared stock. Anyone here?

I may know this guy..seems to be of Asian descent and goes to Ranken if it has bronze (I believe) Rotas.
