Two-tone (maroon/black) Civic coupe on I-270 to Manchester

Pulled up behind a two-tone (maroon/black) Civic coupe from I-270 South to Manchester Westbound (I exited on Des Peres). It had also Altezza tails, exhaust, underbody kit, lowered, and wheels (can't tell the style). Anyone here?

There was a 4th gen 4-door that fit that description back where i went to college(warrensburg), but I have never seen it here.
