Bright Blue Accord & Civic

I done spotted a BRIGHT blue accord fo do, 94-97 w/ white wheels and a black 96+ Civic coupe with HID's last night on 40/61 North right around lake st. louis, who dis be!?!?!?!?!

ir was kinda smurfy, but it was dark, so i really couldnt tell.
