i meant if it's abondoned, no one owns it, correct? so i wouldn't get in any trouble by picking it up

not exactly. The title is still in someones hands. and plus I doubt its abandoned. Not avery bright idea to pick up a random car.

You'd have to have some sort of proof that you were told to tow it then store it for fees adding to more than what the cars worth. If the owner wasn't to pay you can put a lien on the title and apply for an abandonment title. So first you'd have to have a legal towing co, then have the Po Po call you and then wait about 1 year or so for the fees to add up! Not to hard to do huh? :lmao:

it looks to be headded toward the mills from st. chuck past earth city exp. but thats a guess judging by the little background in the pics. were the tags expired on the plates?
