need a lil info for the A/C electrical/climate control system 98ex 4Door

my blower is only blowing air out of the two side vents and windshield, its almost like its stuck in defrost mode, i cant get it to blow on the floor or the middle of the dash...

when i push the button for the sides and middle i can hear something mechanical/electrical doing something but theirs no air direction change... the same when i try the floor etc...

is the door for direction bound up, cable broke..? this is outside of my knowledge for the moment so i figured i would ask you guys about it... please give me your best guess, i really hope someone here had this problem and knows the answer...

i have a short vid i just shot. it starts from the top vents only, then i pressed 2 buttons to cancel out the top vent. the vid starts with no buttons pushed. the linkage is under the driverside dash. check the linkage, make sure the white clips aren't broke and that nothing is binding up.

first movement is opening for the top vents (barely moves)
second movement is the top/bottom
third is bottom only
fourth is bottom/defrost
fifth is defrost only

thank's to the video i found the problem...

the lil rod fell off, not sure how the plastic came off but it snapped right back on...
