Red 92-95 EG hatchback on 70W

saw a red 93-95 civic eg hatchback on 70 going westbound around 3:45ish. had black wheels, no muffler, an antenna mounted to the roof of the vehicle (looked like one for a small CB radio), and a sticker on the back window that read "PRO: performance parts" or something along those lines. was it anyone on here or does anyone know this person?

i've seen that car in O'Fallon a couple of times, its really clean and i think that is has del sol wheels just painted black. he is an older guy. if it is the car that i have seen.
