Dying Main Relay Fuse

Help quickly

93 Civic Si

Main relay fuse keeps blowing. I have cleaned the thermostat housing several times. Fuse number 12 is the only one that keeps blowing. No other fuse is blown. HELP

Trace the wires and find the short.

update, fuse 24 is now exploding as well which connects for the Main Relay. I will trace the wires....this is so fruity. Would it matter if I did took my Air Conditioner out?

how did you take it out? cutting wires and stuff?

I took it out clean. Figured out it was a couple of wires to my VSS that were touching metal....cleaned it up, and now she runs....on to the over heating problem.
