i saw a black civic hatchback maybe an 2000 model think it had blacked out rims didnt get a good look it was around 8:45 - 9ish

Theres a clean 6th gen hatch running around with a 5 lug conversion and USDM ITR wheels in STL. That may have been him. I don't think hes on the board.
