99 civic.. SI? EX? FRONT MOUNT!?!?!

Me and dcdorathydriver were on lunch and we saw this Slammed Black civic, looked like an SI but i wasnt really looking for those defining features because i was blinded by its intercooler, Plus it had Jdm Fogs.. Kudos if youre on here.

Defining features as in front lip? painted side skirts? dohc vtec sticker? Si grille? Si wheels? Rear disc brakes? I would of noticed at least 6 of those.

There is another one in St. Charles... Maybe I'm thinking of the same one that Mike is, but this one is also an Ex, I believe, but with white wheels. He lives over by the Family Arena.

saw this car this morning. Talked to the guy today its a 25 year and it is a 2000 civic si. He was being very cocky and said it was none of my business what was done to the car. from what i could see it looked sick fast precision 600hp intercooler had the bottle on it ... done know much else he was a prick if you asked me...

this one has been sold, not sure where it went but probley not in st chuck anymore
