has anyone seen that like 96 metallic green civic. It has a full rice body kit, slammed on some white rims and APR full aluminum wing. Its got quite the buzzzer on it, looked like a greddy evo2 exhaust but had something else on it, started with an "I". Anyways it lurks around the manchester and ballwin area.

havent seen a 96, but ive seen a 92-95 that fits the description rolling around that area...

also saw another one on olive, blue civic or accord, didnt really see it that well, but blue underglow, yikes.

His name is nillson. He works with my room mate. Its a 94 with all different body kit pieces on it. "kustom" I guess hahaha. Huge wing, it was cool in like 2000. Haha. Im trying to get him to turn it back into stock. I did convince him to get a jdm b16 tho so atleast he started making it nice. Its still slow, i walk him all the time. White painted interior trim pieces... We bash him all the time
