I understand but I think its annoying to see a blank white spot on the pic. Hes not on here and if he was and asked me to then I would. Im sorry to start this big deal. If he wants it done I will do it.Hatred;29668 wrote:You assholes need to calm the fuck down and think things through a bit before you jump someone's ass.
It's proper etiquette because of a few thing's, I'll give you an example:
Say I was a cop/detective, and I was given an assignment to bust street racing/exhibitions of speed/illegal use of nitrous/Careless driving etc...
I get on here, see a post from you about some race you had, or are possibly gonna have, or a race you will attend, or event, or party, etc.
I see a pic of your plate.
I happen to catch ya around town, profile you, tail you, following you to any event/illegal exhibition of horsepower/speed/NaWzZzzzz!/Whatever it may be.
I proceed to bust you, your 36 friends with fart-cans, vTeCh, empty bottles of nitrous, spoilers that closely resemble hang gliders, etc...
Unlikely? Yes... Has it happened JUST like that in St. Louis already though, more than once? YES-On another auto enthusiest website based in St. Louis, that deals with street racing, that will remain nameless.
Will I get flamed by immature assholes who can't accept the reality of this and take it into consideration? Most likely.
Moral of the story: Call it proper etiquette, call it common decency, call it a small favor one person can do for someone else just to eliminate even a SMALL chance of a problem for them arising, etc.
It's just common sense.
That is all, flame on flamers.
