blue turbo rsx on big bend

i was moving some people in by big bend and couch rd. right by stlcc. then i heard a turbo spooling, so i peeked out of the truck and saw a blue turbo rsx with black rims and tinted windows going throught the intersection.

it sounded more like a turbo spooling instead of a supercharger whine.

there is a blue rsx turbo that parks in a neighborhood thats close to new ballwin and big bend... its probably him... did it have the bumper with the little slit for the intake?

i dont know. i only saw a sideshot of the passenger side.
