99/00 EBP Civic SI on Manchester 1/17

Let me be the first one to say you are a MORON Learn how to fucking drive.

Im driving with my friend in a Enterprise Rental, 06 Pontiac Grand Prix. I simply look over at this SI and the guy for some reason thinks we want to race. Its around 9 -930 pm, on Manchester and 141 by suntrup bmw. He downshifts to what i would say, 2nd and like wraps the gear out in FULL traffic. With maybe 100ft behind the cars in front of us. He cuts from the slow lane to the fast as a camry in the fast lane is getting over. So he tries to go F&F style into oncoming fast lane, missing a car by inches as you can hear the car in the oncoming fast lane lock up there brakes and skid. What a fucking moron. We followed him until i got his plate

MO state Plate: 214-ZKC

It was a 99-00 Electron blue pearl si. The si had a burnt out headlight bulb, CF hood, and horribly alligned aftermarket front bumper, with some sort of scooped out fenders. Other than that, the back of the car was stock.

If anyone knows who this is or there on the boards, tell them they are a FUCKING MORON, and need to learn how to drive, and not help define the term "ricer"
