wierd squeak when turning wheel?

Had same kind of problem on my chevy (i know i know) but it was the power steering pump

the upper ball joint is well, an upper ball joint. the cv shaft is another word for the axle.

my car does that TERRIBLY!! On my car it's the bushings...all I have is skunk2 coilovers everything else is stock...

some of you people and your random guesses make me LOL!!!! Wheel bearing????? wow, a power steering pump would be easy to recognize with the hood open. IMO you are possibly looking at a bearing plate. that is the part at the top of the strut which allows the strut to turn. this is just a guess. hopefully you have already figured it out.

thats so weird cuz my car makes a weird squeak too. idk what it is. complete suspension setup n control arms on it. cant figure it out

figured out what mine was. one of the hangars from the exhaust were touchin against the heat shield of the cat. making a squeakin noise. woohooooooo its goneeeeeeee :bouncy:
