GSR Wireing prob?

Alright, so i had a 1990 honda crx with a 2001 acura gsr in it. The crx did Not have the stock harness but did have the 2001 acura integra harness in it, all been modified for the crx/ef. Well i decided i wanted to get a ef and swap it into that becuase ef are alot more roomy. So i did the swap and the engine harness swap everything went fine. Well recently i have been having some issues, the other day i put in some new plugs and jacked the car up to check the new header i bought, and the car died, i let it down and it wont even turn over, no clicking on the relay or anything. Fuel pump wont kick on or anything....Well i waited about 5 hours and flashed the ecu, car started up, but as soooon as i turned my lights on the fuckin car died, acting like i shut it off. SO i came to the conclusion my wires to my head lights maybe got hot somewhere and crossed wireing with my ignition wire? well i still have not found the prob.
