Check Engine Light
Alright so yesterday i replaced my cracked stock ehxaust manifold with a DC Sports header and while i was at it i punched out my cat and replaced my O2 sensor. Unfortunately, my check engine light came on the first time i fired it up after doing this and i was wonderin if anybody has had this problem and if so how they were able to remedy it. Me and my buddy have eliminated all the possibilities we could think of. So any ideas?

Really the only thing you can do is either:
A. get a new cat
B. chip the ECU
C. get lucky like I did and have one not come on at all
Is your car dumping more fuel or attempting to compensate the air fuel mixture because of it?

alright well i guess ill get it chipped. id rather leave it uncorked. but i know it was trying to dump all the fuel it could in before but that was because of the oxygen sensor gone bad and the three cracks in my exhaust manifold causing inaccurate readings of the sensor. but replacing both should've taken care of that. and the header came with a wire extension for the oxygen sensor but we verified that it was hooked up correctly so it couldn't be that.
