Import Face Off in kc 9/6/09

if you havent been to a IFO before then you will never know what its like until you go. i promise you will enjoy it. well worth the drive for you stl guys. hell youre not even going out of state so it isnt too bad of a drive

from the looks of it from all the sites, it looks like theres going to be a bunch more new cars from out of state at this one..

its hands down some of the best import racing you will ever see if i had a car to race id be going for sure. its for sure worth the drive

most of the time i wish i wasnt racing so then i can actually get to sit down and watch some racing.

besides if you own a car then you have a car to race.

im not racing the crv and my hatch isnt done yet lol i miss good import/sport compact racing events i wish more came to gateway

like i told you all last year, ifo tried to schedule events at gateway but being that gateway is the worse damn track in the country, they told IFO no because "it conflicted with other events"...im guess midnight madness?? cant think of any import event there besides that VW bug event shit.. LMFAO..makes no sense, just shows how stupid they are. besides what does it matter if it conflicts with another event? they should be able to rent the track to anyone.

i wouldnt say gateway is a bad track, bad management yes, ill be at all the ifo events i can go to even thinking about going down to tx. for one of theirs in nov. or dec. i was hoping to get some more power out of the car before the next one but its not looking like it so ill just be slow again... but to anyone thinking of going it is very nice event with some fast hondas

I was stoked when they were kicking the idea around but when they said no I was pissed gateway has no real sport compact events.

yea thats why i didnt understand how it was "conflicting" with another event.

Nopi got gay no pros come anymore and the only thing people care about is drift and the bikini contest. I remember going to nhra sport compact years ago and being one of the only people in the stands compact racing doesn't have a big enough following here. And I think ifo conflicted with nhra finals if I remember right
