Are you running the factory fogs? If so, I think I can find a link to where it hooks the fogs up to turn on when the parking lights turn on. I'll edit this post once I find it. I did this to my fogs and I have the factory fogs, however, I have a civic. I can't see the wiring being any different.
Found the link.

depending on the year of your teg.....there are 5 blank spots on you fuse panel inside your car.......they look like male connectors.
On my 95 it was the middle on..........off when cars off and power when the key is on. I wired my fog switch to this spot.
When my car is off I have no power to my fogs.......when my key is on I have the ability to turn on and off my fogs with the switch.
So at night when I start my car I can have my lights automatically come on if the switch is pressed..........if its daytime and I want them off I can just hit the switch and they will go away

Are you talking about the stock fogs, next to the headlights?
If you are, its as simple as adding a wire. Provides constant power to the fog light switch. I can get the colors and shit if you want.
