OKay I have already read Phate's thread about this and it didn't help me out at all. So I have to try to remove the E-brake cable from my drums to pull it through the trailing arm, blah blah blah. I want I'm asking is what is the easiest way to pull it out of the drum? My father and I tried to clamp the stupid little prongy type thing for about an hour and a half but couldn't get and called it a night. So I was wondering if you guys had any tips or suggestions about how to remove it. Thank in advance.

There should be a bracket, thats bolted to the drum assembly, it should be 2 bolts, and then the cable will push out of it once you take it off the assembly. Its gay, but thats how it works. I dont think it even had a clip or anything on it.
